a middling experience at the riverside
outdated furniture slow service
the room felt outdated, it needed some serious attention. the furniture showed its age, i could see wear and tear everywhere. wifi signal was weak at times, that was a real problem for me. i really hope they do something about this soon, it kind of affected my stay. the bar service was slow.

fantastic riverside stay!
attentive staff free shuttle delicious pastries
I found the staff super attentive. They responded quickly to all requests. the hotel offered a free shuttle boat (it was convenient!) to iconsiam and other spots. i enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It had many delicious options. the fresh pastries stand out.
the gym equipment felt a bit outdated. the treadmills need some serious updating!

the hotel features two outdoor pools with ample seating. i noticed about twenty loungers near the main pool. the fitness center includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i could see hotel offers a complimentary shuttle boat service.

Riverside Bliss
prompt shuttle boat good condition well-groomed staff detailed explanation
The complimentary shuttle boat to iconsiam was prompt. The boat was in good condition and the seats felt soft. I enjoyed prompt service from the well-groomed staff. The cleaning staff kindly opened the door to the thai restaurant for us and explained everything in detail.
The shower configuration was a little odd in my room. I had to be careful as i exited the shower because water would spray out and get the outside floor wet.

The breakfast offered a great range of options and the staff were friendly and polite. I savored an excellent pizza in the lobby bar along with excellent negronis. The poolside bar snacks were delicious as well.
Service
10/10
The concierge helped me by organizing taxis and looking after our luggage. I was able to shower in the fitness area after checking out before a late flight. The yatch shuttle was always on time to sail me to the next spot.

convenient location river boats easy transportation unsound room faulty fridge late disturbance
the location was excellent. it was convenient to have the river boats for transportation. they moved quickly between the hotel and nearby sites. (i especially liked how easy it was to get to the shopping mall).
the room was not very soundproof. i could hear the guests in the room above me. they were shutting cupboards very late at night. the mini fridge stopped working on the penultimate day of my stay.
